Formula:
Each 100 mL contain:
iodide polyvinylpyrrolidone... 11 g (equivalent to 1.1 g of iodine free)
Glycerin... 5.0 g
vehicle c.b.p... 100 mL
Presentation: 120 mL bottle.
Indications:
for wounds exposed, Burns, infections of the skin, Mycosis skin; It serves as a coadyuvente in some cases Gabarró and to prepare the skin that will be subjected to surgical procedures. Repellent of flies and other insects, avoiding thus the contamination of the wound. The iodine disinfectant is ideal to disinfect the umbilical cord of piglets or newly born of other domestic species.
Dose:
Apply 2 or 3 times in the affected area. Dilute 50 mL in a liter of warm water for use as an antiseptic.
Route of Administration: topical.
