WHY CHOOSE KAOMOL?
For its powerful combination and synergistic broad spectrum antibiotic and anti-protozoan, which coupled with loperamide as a modulator of secretion and intestinal motility, fail to remove bacteria and sensitive protozoa to the formula and generate resistance to the passage of intestinal contents by stimulating rhythmic segmentation and peristalsis decreased, resulting in a more complete absorption of nutrients, electrolytes and water with a lower frequency of evacuations, and flow volume of stool.
HOW KAOMOL WORKS?
Kaomol is an antidiarrheal with broad-spectrum antimicrobial action of oral suspension for cattle, sheep, goats, dogs and cats.
WHEN TO USE KAOMOL?
INDICATIONS:
Antidiarrheal and antimicrobial broad spectrum useful microorganisms in infections caused by Gram positive, Gram negative such as: Escherichia coli, Pasteurell spp, Klebsiella spp, Pseudomonas spp, Proteus spp, Campylobacter spp, Vibrio spp, Treponema sppand Clostridium spp , and in some infections by protozoan Trichomonas, Isospora and Eimeria, Mycoplasma and Rickettsia sensitive to the action of the formula . Specifically used as adjuvant for the treatment of various diarrheas such as mechanical viral and bacterial, acute and where desired decrease intestinal mortality thereof.
HOW SHOULD I APPLY?
For an excellent response preferably use in healthy animals.
Cattle (milk and meat), sheep, goats, pigs (adults and youth) and canine: 1 ml per 5 kg of body weight every 12 hours(equivalent to Gentamicin 2.4 mg / kg of body weight, sulfamethoxazole 20 mg / kg body weight, 4 mg trimethoprim / kg body weight and Loperomida 0.1 mg / kg body weight).
Cats: 0.5 ml per 5 kg body weight , every 12 hours (equivalent to Gentamicin 1.2 mg / kg body weight, sulfamethoxazole 10 mg / kg body weight, Trimethoprim 2 mg / kg body weight and Loperomida 0.05 mg / kg body weight).
